Based in Pretoria, Tshwane Digital Solutions is one of the Roland Authorized Dealer in the Gauteng and Mpumalanga areas focusing solely on the sales and servicing of Roland Large format Digital Printers, Vinyl cutters, Engravers, Millers and supporting hardware such as Laminators, Heat presses and resin doming machines. Established in 2004, TDS quickly grew to become one of the market leaders proving to be a valuable partner to many businesses starting or growing in the Printing and Signage industry.

Our sales people are friendly and focused on helping you with intimate in depth knowledge of all our products and their ideal application to help you make the right choice of hardware suited to your business’s needs.
In the Roland trained and accredited service department, we have engineers waiting to respond speedily should service be needed, both mobile and at our offices to provide advanced level VersaWorks and computer support should the problems be telephonically solvable.
If problems require a visit, we do telephonic pre-visit diagnosis to ensure the correct replacement parts and relevant special tools accompany the technician to the service-call, minimizing the need for costly return visits.
Our technicians are also capable of helping to design or streamline your IT infra-structure to suite your equipment’s needs to prevent bottlenecks & down time. Our response times are usually within 1 working day, sometimes even the same day and we also offer emergency response & prioritization to clients in high production businesses.
Our buffer stock of common spare parts ensures that service calls are not delayed in the unusual case of the importer not having stock and our workshop and transport facilities enable us to move machines safely should they require complete disassembly for advanced fault finding.
TDS offers onsite intermediate level electronic board repair to ensure costs and turnaround times are kept to a minimum. All service calls are logged on our Job card database system and when complete the calibration test prints are attached to the printed Job card to provide a complete, organized & easily searchable history of all service calls logged.
TDS offers beginner, intermediate and advanced Roland VersaWorks training at our offices to enable clients to get the most out of their machines. Our Demo facilities allow clients to make the right choice of equipment with demo & warranted refurbished machines onsite all necessary samples can be designed & printed on the fly for proof of concept or quality & productivity tests. We also gladly trade in and/or purchase used Roland machines should clients need an upgrade.
